SANTO STEFANO Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from olives grown and harvested from a single estate in Santo Stefano QuisQuina AG Sicily, Italy. Its distinctive golden-green color and grassy nuances come from the first cold pressing of exclusive Biancolilla, Nocellara de Belice and Cerasuola olives. The olives are hand-picked and pressed within 24 hours of harvesting, resulting in an oil that rarely exceeds 0.2% oleic acid.

This exceptional extra-virgin olive oil is achieved using only traditional, old-world methods. The result is an olive oil that offers a subtle balance of aromatic flavors and rich taste, entwined with elements of almonds and peppery bites that linger exquisitely on the palate.
